Rome is the next chapter in our story. And this time it has a different flavor. Because yes: it may seem counterintuitive that such an Italian brand traveled halfway around the world before opening in its nation's capital. But for us, it was never a "strategy." It was a journey. An honor. A mission. We brought Italian cuisine, music, fun, and that Italian warmth that makes you feel at home even thousands of miles away. We experienced endless summers, unforgettable nights, tables that became family, songs sung with strangers who, after two minutes, were no longer strangers. And, almost without realizing it, all of this became a true success. Consolidated. Real. Perhaps it would have been easier to start from home. But we have never chosen the easy path. And now the dream is coming true: a new adventure begins in May 2026. A location we'll see shortly, but one that already fills us with pride. Our first location in Italy. And do you know what's great? That this is the most exciting challenge. To put it in a funny way: it's easy to sell pizza in New York. It's another thing entirely to sell it in Naples. Rome, for us, will be a "comfort zone"... but also the greatest thrill. Because we don't just have to arrive here. We have to deserve every evening, every smile, every song, every toast. And if you honor us this time too by spending a few evenings with us, by sharing some emotions, by being part of our table... then yes: it will be the most beautiful dream.
