LAND TASTING MENU

Large mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses

Fassona tartare with guacamole sauce

Ribeye tagliata with roasted new potatoes

 

SEA TASTING MENU

Sushi mix (4 salmon hosomaki, 4 salmon uramaki)

Red tuna and prawn tartare with fresh avocado on a bed of black Venus rice scented with citrus

Seared sesame-crusted tuna tataki
