Joining the shared table is entirely optional. You can always choose the menu and reserve a private table instead.

MEAT TASTING MENU

A generous board of assorted cured meats and cheeses

Fassona beef tartare with guacamole

Sliced ribeye steak with roasted new potatoes

FISH TASTING MENU

Mixed sushi (4 salmon hosomaki and 4 salmon uramaki)

Bluefin tuna and prawn tartare with fresh avocado on a bed of citrus-scented Venere black rice

Sesame-crusted seared tuna tataki
